Job Location: Ridgeview Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing - Cleburne, TX
Salary Range: Undisclosed
Job Shift: Any
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications
Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care principles
Proficiency in case management and medical office procedures
Experience with vital signs monitoring, cardiac catheterization, sterile processing, and administering injections
Familiarity with tube feeding, gastric lavage, and coding practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
