Charge Nurse - Avir at Sumpter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at Avir at Sumpter in Mexia, TX. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supervising a team of nurses, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse population, including assessments, interventions, and education
Supervise a team of nurses, including delegating tasks and providing guidance and feedback
Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Collaborate with other departments, including pharmacy, therapy, and dietary, to ensure seamless patient care
Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a positive patient experience
