Job description
UCHealth seeks a Charge Nurse for the Mom/Baby unit on night shift. In this key leadership role, you’ll coordinate staffing, patient flow, and clinical operations while providing expert postpartum and newborn care. You’ll serve as a resource to bedside nurses, support staff, and providers, ensuring safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care for mothers and infants. Working in UCHealth’s patient-first, academic environment, you’ll collaborate across disciplines, mentor team members, and support quality and safety initiatives.
