Job description
Charge Nurse position at Emanate Health in California oversees staff, unit flow on the assigned shift and serves as a role model for all staff. You will coordinate schedules, participate in performance appraisals, ensure adherence to Standards of Practice, and promote collaboration with physicians.
Providing direct patient care as needed is part of the role. The role requires a California RN license, BLS, and NRP within 6 months, plus two years of Mother Baby nursing experience.
