Job description
UCHealth seeks a Charge Nurse for the Neonatal ICU on night shift to lead high-acuity care for critically ill newborns. This role coordinates assignments, oversees clinical standards, and supports a collaborative, family-centered environment. The Charge Nurse guides bedside nurses, responds to emergencies, and partners with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and ancillary teams.
