Charge Nurse Nights
Job Summary:
As a Charge Nurse Nights at Avir at Post, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team during night shifts. Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to the nursing staff during night shifts, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our patients
Patient Care: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients
Staff Management: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and promote growth
Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
Requirements:
Education: (Level of Education)
Experience: Minimum (Minimum Years of Experience) years of nursing experience, including (number) years in a charge nurse role
Certifications: Current (State) RN license and (any additional certifications)
