We believe health and care are inseparable.Job Summary: Provides nursing care within state standards of practice and the policies of the Endoscopy Center. Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicates appropriate information to other team members. Helps maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of unit as a whole. A diverse workforce, combined with an inclusive culture, makes USPI stronger and better able to meet the needs of our diverse patient and physician population.QualificationsGraduate of accredited school of professional nursing.BSN preferred.Two (2) years experience in surgery management that must include pre-op, intra-op, post-op care with total joint and spine experience.Licenses/Certifications/Registrations.Current CA RN License.BLS & ACLS Certification required.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities.Independent decision making skills.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
