Job description
Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ, seeks a Charge Nurse for the Psychiatric Unit on the night shift. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing care, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership as a role model and mentor to staff.
Requirements include an A.S. in Nursing, an active NJ RN license, and BLS within 14 days of hire. Preferred candidates hold a BSN and 2–3 years of lead nursing experience.
