Job description
Touchstone Communities is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead resident care in our Texas-based skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this leadership role, you will coordinate and supervise clinical care for residents, oversee and mentor nursing staff, and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered services in a homelike environment. You’ll conduct assessments, manage medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and long-term well-being.
