Job description
Lovelace Health System seeks a Charge Nurse / RN to lead daily operations on our inpatient unit. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow, supervise nursing staff, and serve as a clinical resource to ensure safe, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include overseeing admissions and discharges, monitoring patient status, and supporting physicians and the care team. You’ll promote a compassionate, patient-centered environment, mentor nurses, and support quality improvement initiatives while upholding Lovelace’s mission-driven, collaborative culture.
