Job description
La Vida Buena Healthcare seeks a Licensed Charge Nurse (RN or LVN) for Glenview Wellness, a long-term care facility. You will manage nursing care, assignments, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
The role requires a valid LVN/RN license in the state, BLS/CPR, and at least 2 years of SNF experience. Shifts include 6AM-6PM and 6PM-6AM, with focus on regulatory compliance and team collaboration.
