About the Role
As a Charge Nurse (RN/LVN) at Avir at Vernon, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our patients, while also contributing to the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading by Example: Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure excellent care and patient satisfaction
Coordinating Care: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans
Ensuring Quality: Monitoring and improving the quality of care provided, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies
Fostering Communication: Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and excellent care
Managing Resources: Efficiently managing resources, including staff, supplies, and equipment, to ensure optimal patient care
