You will serve as a central figure in coordinating care delivery, mentoring staff, and ensuring an exceptional standard of practice in a highly specialized pediatric setting.

The Role

Deliver hands‑on care, including infusion administration, monitoring for reactions, and symptom management

Support pediatric patients with complex conditions, including those undergoing cancer treatment and specialty therapies

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care

Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, reinforcing best practices and supporting professional development

Promote a culture of evidence‑based practice, safety, and clear communication

Address operational and clinical challenges in real time, ensuring continuity and a positive patient experience

This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and leadership presence, with a direct impact on both patient outcomes and team performance.
