Job description
Houston Methodist seeks a Charge Registered Nurse II to provide clinical leadership and coordinate care on an acute care unit. In this role, you will oversee patient flow, staff assignments, and daily operations while delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will mentor nurses, support orientation and ongoing education, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The Charge RN II monitors quality and safety, responds to emergencies, and drives continuous improvement in a mission-driven, innovative environment focused on excellence and compassion.
