Job description
Houston Methodist seeks a Charge Nurse RN II for our Intermediate Care Unit (IMU). This role provides expert bedside care for medically complex patients while leading shift operations, delegating assignments, and supporting nursing staff. The Charge Nurse coordinates interdisciplinary care, ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, and serves as a clinical resource and mentor.
