Job description
Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center seeks a Charge Registered Nurse for our Med Surg unit. The Charge RN coordinates daily unit operations, supervises nursing staff, and ensures safe, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include overseeing admissions and discharges, monitoring patient status, and supporting complex clinical care. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, promote evidence-based practice, and foster a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork in our community-focused hospital within the Hackensack Meridian Health network.
