UT Health East Texas is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse for our Post Surgical Med Surg unit in Tyler, TX. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate patient care, oversee shift operations, and support a team of nurses providing high-quality, post-operative care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
