Job description
Research Medical Center in Overland Park, KS seeks a Charge RN Cardiac Care to lead cardiac telemetry nursing teams and coordinate high-quality patient care. The role focuses on coordinating admission/discharge and mentoring staff within a busy cardiac unit.
The CNC will work with management to monitor nursing care, ensure policy compliance, and support a best-in-class patient experience for cardiac patients undergoing procedures and recovery.
