Role Overview
Apply your chart interpretation and quantitative reasoning expertise to create high-quality training tasks that help AI systems learn, reason, and perform. This remote contract opportunity is suited to detail-oriented professionals who can analyze domain-specific visualizations and clearly communicate complex findings in English. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret domain-specific charts, graphs, and data visualizations accurately, using precise terminology.
Create clear, unambiguous questions based on information-rich charts that require multi-step quantitative reasoning.
Develop objectively answerable tasks involving reasoning, calculations, comparisons, and trend analysis.
Provide precise answers with detailed, step-by-step explanations of calculations and reasoning.
Use correct chart terminology, units, axes, scales, legends, confidence intervals, and time periods in tasks and solutions.
Ensure work is clear, objective, and free of unsupported conclusions or unnecessary complexity.
Collaborate remotely with coordinators and reviewers using strong written and verbal communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience in a field such as medicine, biostatistics, finance, economics, engineering, physics, earth science, GIS, data science, statistics, operations, or manufacturing.
At least two years of professional, academic, or research experience working with domain-relevant charts or quantitative data.
Strong chart interpretation accuracy, multi-step quantitative reasoning, and question-design skills.
Ability to write unambiguous, objectively answerable questions and explain calculations clearly in English.
Experience interpreting complex charts with multiple data series, annotations, or statistical features.
Experience authoring technical assessments, benchmark questions, or structured analytical tasks for learning, analytics, or evaluation is preferred.
Remote and asynchronous collaboration experience with cross-functional technical or research teams is preferred.
An advanced degree, professional credential, or substantial industry specialization is highly desirable.
Work Terms
Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
$25 to $50 per hour.
