Job description
Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island is seeking a Community Health Center Relationship Manager/Ombudsman to oversee RI CHC network relationships. The role acts as a liaison between Neighborhood and CHC leadership, cultivating, managing and strengthening partnerships to address issues fairly and promptly.
The position advocates for CHCs, coordinates organizational resources, and identifies improvements to enhance member care and provider services. Travel may be required.
