NOW HIRING – 3RD SHIFT BULK CHEESE HANDLERS!
START AT $18/HR – INCREASE TO $22–$26/HR AFTER JUST 90 DAYS!
Champion Personnel is NOW HIRING 3rd Shift Bulk Cheese Handlers for Great Lakes Cheese! If you're looking for a stable, full-time manufacturing opportunity with excellent earning potential, consistent hours, and overtime opportunities, this could be the perfect job for you!
POSITION DETAILS
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour for the first 90 days
Pay After 90 Days: $22.00–$26.00 per hour!
Shift: 3rd Shift – Full-Time
CHOOSE FROM TWO SCHEDULE OPTIONS!
Option 1 – Monday through Friday
Hours: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Overtime on Saturdays (Mandatory)
Option 2 – Sunday through Thursday
Hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Overtime on Fridays (Mandatory)
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Handle and move bulk cheese products throughout the production facility.
Load, unload, and position cheese for processing and packaging.
Assist with preparing cheese for production.
Monitor products for quality and consistency.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals.
Perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable individuals with excellent attendance.
Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. Lifting 50-100lbs at times.
Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
Ability to follow safety and food handling procedures.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or food processing experience is a plus.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn!
