Job description
Woodbine Hospitality Group's Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa seeks a Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen alongside the Executive Chef. You’ll develop menus, oversee production, inventory, and ensure exceptional dish quality across all stations.
The role demands strong leadership, extensive culinary knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. You’ll mentor line cooks, manage staff under pressure, and maintain sanitation and organization in a fast-paced, guest‑facing setting.
