Job description
Flik Independent School Dining is seeking a Chef Manager to lead the culinary and food service operations at The Leffell School in Westchester County, NY, supporting 850 students K–12. The role blends hands-on cooking with operations, inventory control, and staff supervision.
You will drive scratch cooking with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, ensure safety and sustainability, and manage menu development, costs, and vendor relations.
