Join a company where trust, accountability, and teamwork drive results.Position SummaryThe Blending Operator II is responsible for safely and accurately producing chemical products according to established specifications while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a disciplined approach to following processes, a strong sense of ownership for outcomes, and an active mindset toward improving how work is done. Blending Operator IIs are expected to support 6S practices, work with data, and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesRead, understand, and follow blending and mixing specifications with discipline and precision to ensure consistent, high-quality finished productsExecute established processes consistently, trusting that standard work and repeatability are essential for quality and continuous improvementMix products for specified durations and monitor the process to ensure proper control, adjusting or escalating concerns as neededTake ownership of assigned work by seeing tasks through to completion and ensuring results meet expectationsActively monitor product quality, raw materials, and equipment; immediately stop work and notify supervision when quality or safety issues are identifiedAccurately record production data, work orders, batch information, and production times to support traceability and data-driven decisionsApply correct labels and documentation to finished productsOperate a forklift to unload incoming chemical shipments (when certified)Maintain 6S standards by keeping work areas clean, organized, safe, and clearly labeled at all timesUse data, observations, and firsthand experience to identify opportunities for process improvement and support corrective actionsCommunicate proactively with supervisors and teammates—sharing issues, updates, and concerns early to avoid surprisesTreat company resources, equipment, and materials with care and leave the work area in better condition than it was foundComply with all OSHA, EPA, local regulatory requirements, and company safety policiesPerform other duties as assigned; management retains the discretion to modify responsibilities as business needs evolveQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong work ethic with the ability to take personal responsibility for quality, safety, and resultsAbility and willingness to work as part of a production team that values trust, accountability, and collaborationComfortable following standardized processes while also seeking to understand the "why" behind themWillingness to work assigned hours and overtime as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periods of timeRegularly required to stoop, crouch, reach, walk, twist, bend, and perform repetitive tasksAbility to use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulationAbility to lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 poundsMay be required to climb ladders or access elevated work areasOur Culture & ExpectationsAt CSI and National Carwash Solutions, we believe great results come from great behaviors.
