Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Chemical Operator job description:Induct, load, and unload piece parts.Maintain and add prescribed chemistry as required.Clean electrical contacts as required.Perform chemical dumps.Maintain tank levels and temperatures as required.Record daily pressure readings for hoods and scrubber mesh pads per EPA directives.Setup, use, and ensure proper calibration of precision measuring equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.Read/interpret blueprints to ensure quality products.Perform all maintenance on conveyor system: filter system, pumping system, hydraulic system, and tanks.Maintain spare parts and tooling inventory.Ensure proper makeup of tank chemistry.Adjust recipes to salvage undersized materials.Must have 1 year of manufacturing experience.Must be able to read blueprints.Company Benefits:6% 401k matchDay one medical, dental, vision, RX (get all starting as low as $33.00/month!)HSA with company contributionMonthly bonus (possibility of up to 11%)10 paid vacation days (prorated first calendar year)Paid personal days11 paid holidaysAnnual merit increasesOpportunity for overtime hours/shiftsEducation Tuition AssistanceAdditional information:Starting pay rate: $20.90/hour + $1.00 night shift premiumNight Shift: M-TH, 8:00pm -6:00amSuccessful candidates must be able to work overtime when required including weekends.Summary Pay Range:$20.90 - $27.10Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
