The company invests heavily in training and provides clear paths into higher-level operator, technical, and leadership positions.ScheduleRotating 12-Hour Day & Night ShiftsDay Shift: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PMNight Shift: 7:30 PM - 8:00 AMRotating schedule consisting of 36-hour and 48-hour workweeksMultiple days off built into the scheduleApproximately one full week off each monthTraining ScheduleMonday-Friday7:30 AM - 4:00 PM4-6 weeks of paid trainingWhat You'll DoOperate reactors, pumps, and related chemical processing equipment.Weigh and charge raw materials into production vessels.Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.Record production and batch information accurately.Transfer materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with Chemists, Engineers, and Production teams to meet manufacturing goals.Maintain compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and company safety standards.QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, chemical processing, production, or industrial operations.Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Comfortable working around reactors, pumps, tanks, and process equipment.Basic computer and documentation skills.Commitment to safety and quality.Additional RequirementsMust be able to wear respiratory protection equipment.Clean-shaven face required for respirator use (mustaches are permitted if respirator guidelines are met).Ability to work in a plant manufacturing environment.Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform active job duties throughout the shift.Why Apply?Merit-based promotions and advancement opportunitiesSignificant long-term career growth potentialTechnical training providedStable specialty chemicals manufacturing environmentOpportunity to work closely with Engineers and ChemistsCompany invests in employee developmentFast-track advancement for high performersJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Piedmont, SC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
