You'll work with blending equipment and collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve production goals while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:Operational Processes:Operate chemical processing equipment, such as digesters, mixers, pumps, and control systems.Measure and monitor materials to ensure conformance with production requirements.Adjust settings and control parameters to meet quality and efficiency standards.Conduct inspections and tests to maintain product quality and equipment safety.Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed production targets.Safety & Compliance:Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a secure work environment.Conduct routine safety checks and promptly report hazards or unsafe conditions.Participate in safety training sessions and foster a safety-first culture.Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve equipment issues or process irregularities.Perform minor repairs and adjustments to maintain production continuity.Work closely with maintenance personnel to ensure timely equipment repairs.Qualifications:Who You Are:Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Eagerness to learn plant processes.Key Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Experience in plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, or operating front-end loading equipment preferred.Working Conditions:Work in a chemical plant environment with exposure to chemicals, heat, and noise.Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours.Physical Requirements:Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.Regularly lift, carry, or push up to 60 pounds.Exposure to high heat and industrial conditions.Ready to Build a Future with C&S?If you're ready to join a company that values integrity, reliability, and dedication while supporting your growth, C&S Chemicals is the place for you.
