Position: Chemicals Safety for Redteaming
Type:Contract
Compensation:$65–$75/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
Write challenging single-turn prompts in chemistry, labeled as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.
Evaluate model responses against defined policy standards to ensure correct handling.
Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses.
Judge the calibration of prompts, distinguishing between mechanism and procedure.
Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Hands-on experience in synthesis, analytical chemistry, or chemical safety.
Strong technical writing skills with a clear rationale for judgments.
Preferred
Experience in AI evaluation or red-teaming.
Backgrounds in Chemical Defense Research, Synthetic/Process Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Hygiene, or Forensic/Toxicological Chemistry.
