Job description
Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate and provide care within the nursing process framework. The role emphasizes critical thinking, patient autonomy, dignity and safety while partnering with patients and families to restore health wherever possible.
The nurse will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to improve health care delivery and outcomes.
