Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and warehouse policies

Basic computer and inventory tracking skills required

Experience Requirements

Previous RF scanner experience required

Experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment required

Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, order picking, or inventory control environments

Experience handling electronics or high-value products is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands

Willingness to work mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment at elevated heights

Ability to perform repetitive warehouse and general labor tasks

Ability to work extended hours during peak production periods

Job Duties

Operate Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently

Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions

Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately

Palletize, label, and prepare shipments for distribution

Perform kitting, inventory handling, and general warehouse duties

Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement throughout the facility

Maintain inventory accuracy and productivity standards

Follow all warehouse safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and company policies
