Job description
Experienced Automotive Technicians Wanted

Compensation & Benefits
$60,000 – $180,000 annually, based on flat rate performance
Additional flat-rate performance incentives based on production

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and estimated repair time
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Perform quality inspections to ensure work meets dealership standards
Qualifications
2+ years of Service Technician experience required
GM / Chevrolet certification preferred
ASE certifications are a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Personal tools required
Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers
Willingness to continue learning and growing in your career
