Your Role:As a Care Aide, you'll help clients feel safe and supported in their own homes. You'll follow personalized care plans and work under the guidance of our local Care Coordinator.Responsibilities:Provide health care services in clients' residences.Assist with personal care, including hygiene and grooming.Support mobility and assist with physical therapies/exercises.Perform domestic and household tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep.Offer companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.Maintain accurate care documentation and follow personalized care plans.Skills Required:Prior experience as a home health aide or caregiver preferred.Comfort using a smartphone for schedules and documentation (support available if needed).Understanding of basic nutrition, hygiene, and caregiving standards.Naturally compassionate, dependable, and patient in nature.What You'll Need:Active and Certified in Home Health Aide or Prior experience as a caregiver.
