Job description
iMentor seeks a proven Director of Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement for the Chicago region. You will lead a team of mentor engagement professionals, build corporate and community partnerships, and curate a robust mentor community to support postsecondary success for students.
You will drive recruitment targets, manage Salesforce data, and collaborate with the Chicago Executive Director of Programs to align strategy with fundraising and program goals.
