Job description
FCA seeks a Director of Advancement to grow the ministry in Chicagoland, focusing on prayer, staffing, fundraising, and strategic ministry planning aligned with FCA values and mission. The role works with Regional VP, staff and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision and live the FCA Values.
The Director leads ministry advancement in areas such as Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International Advancement, and ensures biblical standards and FCA policies guide all activities in the Sports Environments.
