Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
Respond promptly and enthusiastically to guests' needs
Train new team members and set a positive tone each shift as a role model
Lead shifts with the ability to open and close the restaurant
Develop and mentor future leaders within the restaurant
Manage and grow specific areas of the restaurant to ensure excellence
Maintain inventory and organization of the restaurant
