Job description
North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) seeks a visionary Vice President of Academic Affairs to advance student success and academic excellence. Reporting to the President, the VPAA will lead faculty, academic programs, and accreditation efforts while shaping strategy with the President's Cabinet.
The role requires a terminal degree or progress toward one, extensive college leadership, and a proven record in developing instructional programs across transfer and career/technical education.
