Job description
Canisius University in Buffalo, NY seeks an accomplished academic leader to serve as Provost, the chief academic officer responsible for strategic and operational leadership of all academic functions.
The Provost will work with the President to shape the university's academic and enrollment strategy, collaborate with faculty, deans, staff, students and Trustees, and advance Canisius's Catholic and Jesuit mission.
The appointee is expected to take office in January 2027 or soon thereafter.
