Job description
Bethel University seeks a dynamic Vice President for Advancement to guide Development, Alumni Relations, and Advancement Services in support of its mission. The role involves strategic leadership, donor engagement, and broad partnerships with corporate, denominational, and government stakeholders.
The executive will implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, cultivate major gifts and annual giving, and oversee campaigns while fostering lifelong alumni relations and accountable stewardship.
