Job description
Boston Center for the Arts is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to lead philanthropic growth, strengthen the organization’s brand, and expand visibility within Boston’s cultural and civic landscape.
Reporting to the CEO, the CAO will oversee major gifts, annual giving, partnerships, marketing, and storytelling. The role requires 10+ years in advancement and a proven track record of securing leadership gifts.
