Job description
Mercy College in Des Moines seeks a VP of Institutional Advancement to drive philanthropic growth and lead donor engagement. The role reports to the President and shapes long-term fundraising strategy across annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving.
You will collaborate with MercyOne Foundation, Alumni, and leadership to ensure sustainable funding and strong donor stewardship while upholding the college's mission.
