Job description
The Academy of Holy Angels Catholic High School in Richfield, Minnesota, is seeking a full-time Chief Advancement Officer to serve on the Leadership Team. This executive will oversee Development, Admissions, and Marketing, shaping a bold roadmap to deepen engagement and fuel long-term vitality.
The CAO will lead a team of eight, guide major gifts and campaigns, work with the President and Board, and represent AHA at community and national events, while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
