Job description
Heights Philadelphia is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to lead fundraising, communications, and marketing efforts, reporting to the President & CEO. The CAO will build donor relations, secure philanthropic investments, and guide external strategy in Philadelphia's education nonprofit scene.
The role requires a bachelors degree and 7+ years of leadership experience in fundraising or development; familiarity with Philadelphia donors is a plus.
