Job description
Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Director of Advertising and Creative Services to lead the enterprise advertising function across Mille Lacs Mille Lacs and Hinckley. You will translate business objectives into integrated campaigns and guide internal and external partners to deliver creative excellence with measurable impact.
You'll develop strategy, manage budgets, mentor associates, and ensure campaigns are compliant with gaming regulations while maintaining brand integrity.
