Job description
TruLegal (formerly TRU Staffing) in New York City seeks a Chief Innovation Officer to lead the firm's innovation and AI strategy, shaping the long-range roadmap and driving execution, adoption, governance and measurable business impact.
The executive will partner with firm leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities, decide build-vs-buy strategies, create AI-enabled legal workflows, strengthen data strategy, and build a multidisciplinary innovation team. This hybrid role is based in New York.
