Job description
Sound Physicians, in partnership with Ascension Sacred Heart Bay in Panama City, FL, seeks a Chief Anesthesiologist to lead a cardiac and general anesthesia service. The role includes oversight of operations, scheduling, and staff development in a high-volume OR environment with a supportive leadership team.
The position offers a robust compensation package: base salary ($575k–$615k), $50k admin stipend, $100k commencement bonus, travel and tail coverage, and both W2 and 1099 options.
