Job description
Elegen seeks an experienced Head of Automation to own strategy, architecture, and execution of lab and manufacturing automation for its DNA synthesis platform in Silicon Valley. You will build a high-performing team and drive a multi-year automation roadmap from R&D to production.
You will lead rigorous vendor management, system integration, and continuous-improvement initiatives, ensuring uptime, safety, and quality across the site.
