Job description
Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a mission-driven Chief Behavioral Health Officer to lead the delivery of behavioral health and support services for youth and families across Idaho. The CBHO will oversee clinical, residential, and non-clinical programs, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care and operational excellence.
We have a bold goal to double the number of youth we serve by FY28, and this position will be critical to both the growth of current programs and our geographic and programmatic
