Job description
Idaho Youth Ranch Inc. seeks a mission-driven Chief Behavioral Health Officer to lead behavioral health and support services for youth and families across Idaho.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CBHO will oversee clinical, residential, and non-clinical programs ensuring trauma-informed, high-quality care and operational excellence. The role aims to double the youth served by FY28, driving expansion of current programs and geographic reach.
