Job description
Phoenix is seeking a senior brand leader to own positioning, patient narrative, and the messaging architecture across all treatment areas. You will ensure consistency of the master brand while guiding category-specific voice and proof points, partnering with Growth, CX, Clinical Operations, and the executive team.
Reporting to the CMO, you will set creative standards, govern brand guidelines, and lead cross-functional teams to move quickly without compromising quality.
