Job description
Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare (COBH) seeks a Chief Clinical Officer to lead strategic and operational clinical services in a state psychiatric hospital. You will oversee medical staff, ensure high-quality inpatient care, and drive trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care across disciplines.
You will work with the CEO and Governing Board to shape clinical governance, workforce development, and partnerships with community providers to improve outcomes for adults with serious mental illness.
